We will continue to keep you up to date with any change in status here at St Chad’s. We currently have no reported cases or anyone who is self-isolating. The school is operating as normal with the usual colds and flu that this time of year brings affecting some pupil and staff absences. 

There is currently no need to keep your child away from school unless directed by NHS 111. 

We have introduced more regular and thorough hand washing for children and for children swimming, longer showers. We also have additional sanitisers around the school for in-between hand washing.

Please do not send children to school with hand sanitiser.

We continue to receive excellent and clear information from the department for education and we will be directed by them should anything change. We will send on any updates we receive to parents.
