Would you open Pandora's Box?
In Spring Term, children were introduced to the Greek myth of Pandora and produced their own versions of the Greek Myth. They took inspiration by designing Pandora's box and created their own box with both two- and three-dimensional symbols that represent an emotion to be contained inside of the box and then released to the world.
While opening their own Pandora's box, they initially discussed the dangers of curiosity and secrets. With the use of the props, body language, facial expressions and voices, the children dramatically and artistically transformed themselves into Greek Gods and Goddesses. We were blown away by the quality of their work and how well they integrated everything they had learnt.
